Questions people ask

01Why would you build it before I pay? What's the catch?

No catch — it's just a better way to sell design. Describing a website is hard; showing you your own finished site is easy. We take the risk because most people who see their rebuild want to keep it.

02What happens to my domain and email?

Nothing changes unless you ask us to change it. Your domain stays yours, your email keeps working. If you ask us to put the new site live, we point your existing domain at it — reversible at any time.

03Do I need new hosting?

Usually not. The sites we build are lightweight, static files that run on almost any hosting — including what you already have. If you'd rather we sort hosting, we'll set it up in your name so you own it.

04Can you make changes to the preview?

Yes. One round of changes is included in the flat fee — colours, wording, photos, sections. Bigger ongoing work is quoted separately, but there's never a subscription.

05I got an email from you. Is it legit?

If it came from an address ending in @redesignme.uk and included a before/after of your own website, yes — that was us. If you'd rather not hear from us again, reply with "no thanks" and we'll remove your details permanently.
