For £149, paid once by card through Stripe, you get: a one-page website built for your business; a .co.uk (or .uk) domain registered with your business as the registrant; hosting for the first twelve months; changes through the chat on your site, before and after payment, within the one-page scope; and any extras at the price shown in the chat before you accept them. Small extras appear on the site at once; larger ones are built after payment.
After the first twelve months you may pay £8 a month for continued hosting and changes, or take the site files and host them elsewhere. Nothing renews without your say-so. If you take the monthly, you can cancel it at any time from the billing page on your site (invoices, receipts and your card are there too); the site stays up to the end of the month you have paid for, the domain stays yours, and you can download your site's files from the same page at any time while it is live.
Extras you ask for in the chat are priced before you say yes, from a fixed price list, and are charged with the site (or, once the site is paid for, as a separate card payment). An extra you have asked for and we have delivered is not refundable on its own, but the 14-day refund on the site covers everything paid with it.
If you are not happy with the site within 14 days of it going live at your domain, tell us and we refund the £149 in full, no questions asked, to the card you paid with. The domain remains registered to you. Priced extras that have already been built are refunded with the site.
A preview site is built from your public Google Business Profile and kept for 30 days. It is not published at a domain, it is marked as a preview, and it is removed if you do nothing. You can ask for it to be removed at any time by ringing or using the stop link in any text.
Phone, address, opening hours, rating and reviews on your site come from your Google Business Profile and change when you change them there. Photos you send through the chat stay yours; you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline text or images that are unlawful or misleading.
We don't promise search rankings, a number of customers, or that any particular domain is available until it is registered. We keep the site up during the paid period, with the usual short interruptions for maintenance, but we are not liable for loss of business caused by downtime beyond refunding the period affected.
We post one card to businesses that appear on Google with no website, and may send one text to a business mobile where the law allows. Every text carries a stop link. Tell us once and you will not hear from us again.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
